- I’m finding myself to be really grumpy and frustrated lately, is that the tapping?

Emotional Eating / Push the Food Away / Binge Eliminator Techniques
- Had a great push the food away session, was able to walk away! Then later on I’m binging again on something else. Help!
- I’m finding that things are shifting and even though the work is hard, it’s clearing a lot. However, while I’m doing OK during the day, everything unravels in the evenings, especially when I’m alone. Do I need to push the food away?
- Since starting this program, I’m eating emotionally so much more! Is this normal?

Dealing with cravings and using the Ball of Light technique
- I'm now craving the supermarket, anticipating all the foods I can find there. What can I do to help?
- In the Ball of Light technique, we start tapping on the aspects and say what we like about the food - won’t that just encourage our brain to want more of it?
- The food I crave is only associated with memories when I’m alone and want to be alone. Who do I pass the Ball of Light to?
- The food that I crave has a positive memory from childhood but that person has now become a negative person in my life / brings up negative memories from later in our relationship. What should I do with that?
- The foods I crave are associated with people I love so deeply but have lost, I don’t want to give up this food and so don’t want to tap on them
- I’ve suddenly started wanting to eat xxx and haven’t had these since my childhood! What might this be about?

- When you tap on a physical pain do you use the same process in developing a script? Do you tap on the pain problem or the emotions?
- Is it going to help with any health issues (i.e migraines)?

Practice questions
- The lessons are sometimes titled by a technique, sometimes by an issue or both. Could you please help me identify what blockers or limiting beliefs are addressed by technique and which lesson?
- Regarding the Weight Loss Blockers worksheets and the 300 Limiting Beliefs, is there a relationship between these lists?
- I have seen a video of Brittany tapping on a client in a demonstration, why did Brittany tap on their body vs. teaching them the points and verbally guiding them?
- Is there an audio recording of Britt doing an actual intake session with a client?
- I’m nervous to start practicing/coaching if I have not completely healed my own emotional eating or know all of the techniques of the entire program.
