Is this program for... will it help with...

  • When you tap on a physical pain do you use the same process in developing a script? Do you tap on the pain problem or the emotions?
  • Is it going to help with any health issues (i.e migraines)?
  • English is not my first language and I need more time to understand and digest the information. Will the program still be suitable for me?
  • What if I don’t know those beliefs or actions behind my behavior because they’ve been blocked?
  • What if I don’t have a lot of childhood trauma? Will these techniques still work for other situations, such as bad relationships?
  • I feel my relationship with food is as a result of childhood trauma, neglect, and/or physical/sexual abuse. Can this program help?
