- Had a great push the food away session, was able to walk away! Then later on I’m binging again on something else. Help!
- I’m finding that things are shifting and even though the work is hard, it’s clearing a lot. However, while I’m doing OK during the day, everything unravels in the evenings, especially when I’m alone. Do I need to push the food away?
- Since starting this program, I’m eating emotionally so much more! Is this normal?

- In the Ball of Light technique, we start tapping on the aspects and say what we like about the food - won’t that just encourage our brain to want more of it?
- The food I crave is only associated with memories when I’m alone and want to be alone. Who do I pass the Ball of Light to?
- The food that I crave has a positive memory from childhood but that person has now become a negative person in my life / brings up negative memories from later in our relationship. What should I do with that?
- The foods I crave are associated with people I love so deeply but have lost, I don’t want to give up this food and so don’t want to tap on them
- I’ve suddenly started wanting to eat xxx and haven’t had these since my childhood! What might this be about?

- When you tap on a physical pain do you use the same process in developing a script? Do you tap on the pain problem or the emotions?
- Is it going to help with any health issues (i.e migraines)?
- English is not my first language and I need more time to understand and digest the information. Will the program still be suitable for me?
- What if I don’t know those beliefs or actions behind my behavior because they’ve been blocked?
- What if I don’t have a lot of childhood trauma? Will these techniques still work for other situations, such as bad relationships?
- I feel my relationship with food is as a result of childhood trauma, neglect, and/or physical/sexual abuse. Can this program help?
